"The Board of Trustees of the Zionsville School Corporation and the ZCS administration recognizes that the 90-16 campaign donations are donor restricted funds and therefore will be used exclusively for the sole purpose of funding as many of the 16 FTE Reduction in Force ("RIF") teacher/counselor positions as the 9-16 campaign can support. As donor restricted funds, none of the 90-16 campaign funds may be used for any other purpose."
